At Mitchell’s Black Angus Beef & Crawfish Company, we’re committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality beef, crawfish, seafood, and spices. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Order Accuracy

We encourage you to carefully review your cart before checking out. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you contact us before your order has been prepared for shipment, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. In some cases, we may be able to offer store credit toward a future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at angusbeef.crawfish@gmail.com or call (501) 206-9334. We may request photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Delays

We take care to package and ship your order in a way that maintains quality and freshness. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
